Thoughts: Very cold morning. My legs were still sore from my kettlebell workout on Friday, more so then they were on Saturday. My pace was real slow, hopefully tomorrow will be better. Funny story. I double knotted my right shoe so for once it would not come untied during my run. Instead my pants came untied and started falling down. You just can't win.
